State Adult Education Center - CEPA - is a school for adults where the official teachings are given for persons who at the time could not obtain - Initial Basic Training (Primary) and Post-initial Basic Training (Secondary). The school needed simple yet functional web page to provide information about it's program and provide some news from it's life.
