Spanish Canarian State Adult Education Center - CEPA - is a school for adults where the official teachings are given for persons who at the time could not obtain - Initial Basic Training (Primary) and Post-initial Basic Training (Secondary). The school needed simple yet functional web page to provide information about it's program and provide some news from it's life.

The page is Wordpress based and provides such functionalities as information pages, blog, contact form.
